Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri all in one day!

Current mood: bummed
Category: Life

Well, I hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a very eventful one. Well, the plan was that as soon as Ryan was out of football practice on Thursday we were going to be on our way to Arkansas to see family for Decoration. Well, Thursday Holly and I take dad's expedition and we go get stuff done. Holly was so sweet to me, she paid for me and her to get pedicures and manicures, also she colored my hair. Well, we did not notice any problems with the SUV at all. Well dad comes home from work and goes to put new tires on the SUV. Well, after he paid the man at Discount Tires he can not start the car at all. He calls us saying that he is stranded. We are like ARE YOU KIDDING ME, WE JUST DROVE THE THING? So, Ryan and Holly go to get him at this point cause Ryan is home. Then we find out that we can not start it and push the SUV over to our apartment complex thank God we are not that far from Discount Tires. Well, so we do not leave till Friday and we have to leave in Holly's old car, My mothers old Dodge Intrepid. Ok, so we get to Missouri because we are going to meet my cousin Priscilla and her family at their timeshare they have in Branson. My cousin Tristan is a complete mess and running absolutely everywhere. Her 3rd birthday was Saturday. She was a terrible 2 and now going into Tremendously Terrible 3's. Well, we eat dinner with them and then make it to my grandma's Friday night. Saturday we are all out and about with Grandma and at the house is my aunt and uncle and 9 of their 12 grandkids. I had a complete blast watching my 2nd cousins running, yelling, and almost kill each other. The only ones I got pictures of were Ashlyn and Abigail! Well, it was fun and I know my aunt and uncle had fun. Well, Sunday morning we met Priscilla, Vince, Taylor, and Tristan at the Shoney's in Harrison. Well from there we made a trip to Wal-Mart and were off to the festivities at the Cemetery. Well, in line for food Taylor tripped and landed into a wood post. After rushing her to the emergency room, they removed an over 5 inch wood splinter from her leg. I had to babysit Tristan and that was interesting. So, not as much pictures, but I got to talk to a few 2nd cousins and hold some ultra cute babies. I have a few pics that I will post soon of parts of the trip. Well, now I am going to have to go photo crazy at the Family Reunion. Anyway, Taylor is going to live, she is 8 and resilent. We are home now, and we are going to go get Grandma from Uncle Tommy and Aunt Maryannes soon. We are going to try to get her from Abilene where my cousin Trent lives and works at a bank there. So, I am excited! Have a great week!

I GOT A NEW JOB

NEW JOB Current mood: thoughtful Category: Jobs, Work, Careers
So, I went to my interview yesterday and the director was an awesome lady! She does everything by the book and has the most organized daycare. In fact they have won best daycare in Frisco every year for the past three years. I had to come in today to do a working interview. I got to meet my class, and they are wonderful kids, yes some try your patience but that is the whole purpose of being 3. I have the just turned 3 year olds, they are great kids, already potty trained, they wipe their own noses, and no carrying them. Which I kind of miss that part. Well, here is the deal I am hired, but I have 30 days trial period because I have no experince in the 3 year old. So, I have 30 days to convince the boss that I am not going to run away screaming. I really like the sechdule the kids have and how everything works. So, I know that everything will be ok, I am also working on believing in myself that I can do this and handle anything. This is a test to make me stronger and a better teacher. So, I am going to be happy about this and not complain and smile big all the time. I have 27 kids right now but there is 3 of us teachers. I am very excited about things in the classroom, so at the end of 30 days if she feels I am qualified enough and feels I am completely comfortable then she is going to make me the lead teacher of the Preschool 1 class which are my 3 year olds. Well, I am glad to be working again and pray that 2008 really is all I need and want it be. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

More Good News Current mood: accomplished Category: Friends
Hello,
Even more good news! My best friend Karen is coming from Georgia to spend Christmas with her family in The Colony, I am so excited because I have not seen her since they moved to Georgia over a year ago. I am so glad that she is not going to be spending Christmas alone. Her hubby, one of my adoptive brothers is in Iraq. It is so sad that Richard is not with us this Christmas, and we all continue to pray for him. I am so going to go camera crazy, my dear friend of 15 years is coming home. She grew up in this town and now she is coming back. So, Karen lands tomorrow. I met her when we were in 6th grade, I was her bridesmaid in her wedding 2 and a half years ago, and we text each other everyday. I will have to dig up our old band pictures. She was the 1st person I met when I moved to Griffin Middle School. Also, tomorrow I am so pumped about the weight loss, I am going running. We are going to see how well that last! If I end up walking OH WELL! I am still smaller than what I was! Yes I have been doing the booty shaking dance all day! Well, everyone have a wonderful rest of the week!

One Day Trip

A one day trip, fish smells, and some amzing animals Current mood: happy Category: Travel and Places
Well, those of you that have known me a while. You remember my family took our 1st ever vacation since mom died where we were not going to see family, just have fun. Well, for Easter Holly bought 2 day passes for us to go to Sea World in San Antonio. Well, when we got there it was 38 degrees and raining so we decided to tour San Antonio and do the whole tourist thing. Well, we came home that weekend freezing and not sure when we could get back to San Antonio to use our Sea World passes. Well, the summer went by Ryan was getting skinny do his sports, Holly was working up a storm, and I was still at the Kiddie Kollege trying to figure out my future with school. So, one day Holly was cleaning out her section of our room when she found our tickets. They said they expired at the end of December of 2007. So, Holly told dad we had to go back, well due to money, work, and event issues we could not go for 2 days, but we settled on going for one day. Well, yesterday we got in the car at 6:30 in the morning and drove the 5 hours to San Antonio. Well, we had some stops along the way. We arrived a little after noon at the park, then we went and saw a whole bunch of shows. We did not get to ride anything because the park closed at 5. However, we had a lot of fun and took 73 pictures. So, go check out my Sea World Album. Then we got in the car and drove back home. We got home around 11. Man, I am wore out, but I am glad that we had that time. Poor Ryan had to go with a huge chest cold and possible sinus infection. He and Holly are off to the doctors tomorrow. But on to grand news you may not be able to see it in the pictures, because I have not been doing my crunches, but I am fitting into my size L shirts a lot better, they are not like so tight on me. Also, jeans are fitting looser. Let me tell you walking all around Sea World is a work out. To get the boat picture shot. We had to go up a steep incline, I was so proud of myself I had so much more energy than I have had in a long time. Now, I need to go work out. Got to meet that goal. Well, I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. I did now I am off to get a job.

Hello Again

Hello,
I am so sorry, I have not posted in a long while. A lot has been happening. I have been teaching my Busy Bees since I started working at Preston Kiddie Kollege. Well, my babies moved up to another class. Iwas so sad and I miss them so much everyday. Well, I have a new class. They are 12-18 months. I really am not a massive fan of this class, however it is my job to be their teacher and I am going to do my best. So, my birthday is coming up and I am so super exctied, I am going to be THE NEW HEATHER. The confident 27 year old woman that is hott and very much able to go after what she wants. I am so super ready to be a confident woman. I am tired of the old Heather. Watch out world.

Ok, I have finally figured out some things.

Hello,
How are you? I am so proud to say that I have finally figured out some things. I have realized that there are times when you feel mistreated, underpaid, ran over, and feel you will never get the recognition you deserve. However, you are in this situation for a reason. God has plans for us and he does not give us something that we can not handle. At the end of a Mon-Fri I want to scream, go to sleep, never see kids again, and pray for better days. However, I Ms. Feather and I love my kids dearly. Yes, some drive me so insane I can not see straight. However, that is not entirely their fault. I love my job, not a fan of my bosses business mind, but she is one of the sweetest people I have ever worked for. So, I have really started thinking and realized this. I am woman with faith and I see that God is working in my life. I feel that he wants me to be where I am at. I love my job because I work with two of my best friends in the whole wide world, and I have 13 cute, and I mean cute kids. They are pains in the rear 3/4 of the day, but it is that moment when they come up to me and give me a kiss, hug, or settle in my lap and some say, "I wuv you miss. herder, harder, feather, or heather" That is when I know I am where I should be. Maybe down the road something bigger will come. However, I am staying where I am for now.
Love,
Heather

Well, what to do now.

Hello, everyone how are you? I am in a lost and confused state. I am not ready for Christmas and I do not have that Holiday joy right now. I am searching how I am going to be able to survive the next few months. I love my job and of course the kids are AWESOME. This job however is not working out with my family and at home situation. My dad is going to get in trouble but I just do not have a car. I have no money and no where to turn except GOD. I think about the trials and tribulations I am going through and think "what does God have in store for me?" I am constantly wondering is there a light at the end of the tunnel? Who knows I just pray!'
